I changed my impeller im my Marine Power 375 hp 6.0. The dealer sold me a replacement Johnson 812B, but it is 1/8" shorter in length than the Jabasco model. Will this cause an issue if it is not tight against the ends of the housing? I installed it and cannot get any water flow.

Yes, if impeller has space between it's housing front and rear it won't be able to suck water. -
Some of the 2004 Tigé boats had a Jabsco pump that looks like the Johnson pump. They do indeed use a different impeller.Comment

I am not 100% sure but this is the only jabsco specific impeller we have in stock. Took a picture of dimensions so hopefully you can verify.Comment
