2004 - 20v questions

I have 2 problems:

1) The engine compartment exhaust
vent tube is shredded and hanging in mine, and I can't figure out how it connects to the vent. There are 2 vents on the stern top edge, and there doesn't appear to be any clearance for the exhaust hose to fasten to either. Is there a part missing from mine? (I bought this boat second hand).

2) Where is the horn located? Mine isn't working, and I haven't been able to locate it to diagnose the issue.

The vent hose usually attaches to a round duct. They either slide over or in. In some cases, there may be just a round hole and the hose pushes into it a few coils deep.

The horn is likely under the helm somewhere. Some have a vent in the deck. it will be above the rub rail but not likely too much forward of the windshield. if there is a vent, the horn will likely be close to it
