Ballast pump access for 2009 22Ve

After patiently looking for 5 yrs - I finally found the boat I've been looking for!!!

My breaker for the ballast keeps tripping, which tells me I either have one about to go out or the contact need to be cleaned. However, I don't see how to get to them.... Can someone please tell me how to access the stock ballast pumps for a 2009 22Ve? I don't see any screws for the door in the floor, but it doesn't come up with trying to use a screwdriver to pry either....and I'm wanting to be very careful not to force/break something....

4 are in the bilge, if you lift up the center section. Each rear sub floor hard tank has one. Need to remove a section of the faux locker floor. Bow sac has 2, one on each side accessible through the mid-ship locker
