Some have screws in the seams between the cushion and the welting, some have studs that stick out the back, depends on year and when it was made. My 2000 has the threaded studs. In the rear, you have to get in the locker and look with a flashlight. You will be able to see which you have. As you remove them, there will be a series of 6 inch holes for you to get to the nuts holding the cushion to the boat. Start at the rear cushions and work your way to the front. On the front of the boat, start by taking out the speakers and getting in each storage locker under each dash. For all of this it helps to be skinny and double jointed. Good luck.
