How difficult is it to install perfect pass into a 2002 tige 2300v limited? I am looking at stargazer so that it is gps and I will not have to drill any holes in the boat?

Very Simple. You will have to mount the GPS, run wires, replace a gauge, and install a servo on the throttle linkage.
