2007 Tige 22ve How to remove rear section to access Engine transmission and v-drive

How do you remove the rear section panels on a 2007 Tige 22ve? I need to access the transmission and vdrive to service them. Any information is appreciated thank you.

I cant remember year to year of the ve, but you might need to remove the rear seat back to access some screws. Hidden on the carpet strip along the bottom are 5 screws. The strip is hiding 2-3 screws. There are likely bolts/nuts holding the outer sides of the "box" to the sides of the side seats that are accessible by climbing into the rear lockers and reaching under the side seat with one hand and under the seat box with the other.
