how do i clean out water intake filled with mud?how do you access bottom of inmar raptor 400engine?

This should be moved to general technical questions but if you packed the intake with mud the raw water intake for the engine is on the port side of the boat and has a ball valve and handle. At the boat-front of the v-drive, immediately beneath where the propeller shaft coupler is, there is a large, hex head plug. This is the drain for the v-drive cooling water. Remove the plug and stick your garden hose there and flush it out. You can also remove the intake hose at the ball valve blow the water through there. Pay close attention to water flow out of the engine following flushing, your raw water impeller may be damaged and need replacement if the water intake was packed full of mud.
