New Tige Owner

Just purchased a 2005 Tige 22v. The previous owner gave me a complete set of books for everything in the boat. Two items in the Tige bag i found i have not an idea what they are for.

1. Looks Like a Brass Key approx 2 inches long and has a ball bearing and spring in it. Looks like it inserts in something.

2. Black plastic Cap Looks like a gas cap has Airmar on the top.

3. Boat has controls above throttle for the heater and a a number of heating outlets thruout the front of the boat but with key on i don't feel anything coming out. Does the boat have to be started first.

Also is it possible to hook a hose anywhere and run the boat in the driveway similar to what you do with sterndrives?

Post some pictures if you can. Of the boat and the parts you questioning.

Here is a post that will help you with the running the boat on the driveway. Don't put it in drive though, just run the engine.
