    Upholstery

I need to have my upholstery replaced. Anyone have a good upholstery shop in the Dallas area?

Not sure about a good place but.... There is a place on 377 in Keller, I don't know the name of it but DO NOT TAKE IT THERE! He is fast but does not do a good job at all.

If its not fun, Why do it?

try contacting hugo @ vora 801 s mill in lewisville. 214-222-0175.
A friend of mine owns a fiberglass shop and he sends all his work to hugo. I think he is pretty reasonable in price also.

I second what yllw20 said. I took one of my boat seats that tore at the seams and he fixed it to where it was not even noticeable.

Thanks for the replies ya'll. We met with the guy Slalom Shop uses this past Sunday. WE were impressed with him. We will probably let him do the work.

If anyone is interested, It is going to cost about $2400.00 to completely replace all of my upholstery in my 22' boat. This price does not include carpet but does include the best vinyl you can buy. Tige, like most boat manufacturers, does not use premium grade vinyl.

                    Hey Matt,

The guys name is Bill Whitington. His shop is on South Fork off of Cowan in Lewisville. I do not know the weight of the vinyl but it is probably three times thicker than the original vinyl.
