    Dash Lights

I have a 2004 Switch V, and at night the lights on the dash are too bright
I would like to install a potentiometer in line with the power wire that feeds the lights. Can any body tell which wire it is, and what rating I should use.

    Thanks David

look under your dash and you should see the main power wire going for all the lights. Install it on that one. Have no idea what size you should use though.

the wire you are looking for in blue. splice in at the output of the nav switch.

back in the mid 90's the gauge lights were red. they had a small rubber cover over the bulb. i just talked to harvey at tige and he will let me know if faria offers those covers. as for the rating of the potentiometer i also asked harvey. he will get back with me.

        Thanks TMD
Please let me know what they say about the red lenses, as that would mach the depth gage I have on my boat.
If they are available, can I get them From Tige Watersports in Corona, or do I need to get them from Faria directly.
        Thanks again
