Can someone post a picture of the transducer location on a boat similar to my 21i? I have a depth readout but it never seems to be accurate and I have not seen anything on the boat that resembles a transducer. Any help would be appreciated. BTW, thanks for all the help guys. I have owned my boat for almost 4 years, but I have learned more about it in the last two weeks after joining this forum. I have always been a DIYer but thanks to your help I now have a detailed understand of almost every component on my boat. It will be like new in no time.

the transducer should be in the bilge, black like a hockey puck, glued in. I'm replacing mine soon. I have a 2000 21i. hope that helps -

Thanks lightning I have seen that part before but I did not know that it was the transducer. I guess I am used to the smaller ones that mount on the back of fishing boats.Comment
