It's gotten embarassing. Also driving us nuts.
It sways, rattles, bangs, clangs.

Anyone have the same issues?
Any cures other than a different brand of Wake Tower?

Not uncommon for stuff to vibrate/rattle loose over time on boats, are there any nuts/bolt, set-pins, etc that can be re-torqued?

yeah our metcraft does too. tighten everything up as chp suggested.

As long as it is functional, not unsafe and you don't have the 1500+ to drop, I would care less about what others think.

I liked my metcraft on my 02. All except the bimini from @#$%. the 02 tower has less sway than my current 05 metcraft

What kind of dumb son-of-a-bnitch puts a freaking SET-SCREW to hold a tower leg on????? Idiot's mother should be slapped for dumbing up the engineering world! The only reason I'm not replacing the tower is because I'm going to need new vinyl this winter and a Speed Control unit in a couple weeks.

They must have slipped me the Metcraft kool aid. I did not mind my 02 tower. I thought it was pretty solid the 2 1/2 years we had it. i do not mind the 05 tower as it does what we ask it do. I always check to make sure all the bolts and screws are tight. I would have liked the Samson better but again my choice to get a boat off the lot rather than order one and wait
