Ok guys, I'm hoping someone on here is a fuel injection expert. My boat is running fine, but if I turn it off, it doesn't want to start back up. when I pull off the fuel water seperator/filter, that filter isn't all the way full. If I fill it up with gas, the boat starts right up. Any thoughts on this? Also, does anyone have a good diagram of the fuel system. This is on a 2000 20i with the 315hp fuel injected engine. my other question is, why woulldn't that canister be full? Any insight would be helpful.

On mine, it's on the starboard side, but yours will be reversed. You'll see the water line going to the fuel cooler and then to the tranny. The fuel pressure regulator will be towards the rear on top of the fuel cooler.Cursed by a fortune cookie: "Your principles mean more to you than any money or success."
