14lb cap on the freshwater exchange

Hi guys, I am going to show my lack of mechanical knowledge here....but I am in need of a replacement cap on what I believe to be the freshwater coolant or radiator of some sort on my 20V. It has the GM 380 in it. If anyone knows where I could pick one up I would appreciate it. Thanks!
