Perfect Pass Issue

Help please. I am having issues with my perfect pass. When I plug in the power cable perfect pass constantly resets and the display reads a blank screen. The module beeps every second or so. Perfect pass tech says its a voltage issue but I have wired the system directly to the battery and it does the same thing. I have no idea what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

It's definitely a voltage issue. My guess is your battery is beginning to have issues. My PerfectPass is wired to the dash power, so it's only on when the key is on.
