    Can I make the 22V quieter ?

I have the 5.7 335hp engine in my 22V, however we all found it quite noisy. Is there anything I could do to make the boat quieter ?

Interesting....most people I know want to make their boats get louder / more throatier sounding.

I think their are exhaust attachments that can alter the sound of the engine but may also impede performance. I would be interested in knowing aswell on how to alter engine exhaust sounds & thier effects on performance if anyone out their has experience in this area.

      Thank you for your imput.
I do like the sound however it would be nice to have it quieter for the simple ride with friends.
I am afraid of limiting performance as well, hopefully there is a way to achieve it.
      Regards

              Hi there,
The "fresh air exhaust" looks like a pretty interesting idea. It does make sense when reading about it, it should work as well.
I will look into it and post my findings, although for now it appears that there isn't one for the 22V available.
              Thank you for your help.

Make sure that your taps will still work!

Good point. Honestly I dropped the ball on that issue since it appeared to be more of a hassle than I thought.
                  Thank you for your suggestion.
