    2004 Extreme disk pads needed.

I am looking at changing my break pads on my Extreme trailer.
I got the trailer in 2004, and it was made for a Switch V (20V).
It is a tandem axel trail with disk bakes in the rear only.

Any ideas on where I can get the pads?

I called Extreme, and gave the parts guy all my information, but have not herd back from them yet.

It all depends on who's disc setup they used. Look on calipers for markings. They could be UFP, Kodiak or Tie-Down (most common). Check to see if you have solid or vented rotors. Then check out the below links to identify and order.

    Kodiak Disc Brakes
    Tie-Down Disc Brakes

I called Extreme trailers 4 or so weeks back. I wanted to order an extended dolly, they had one that was 4" longer then the standard one, they took my CC over the phone and shipped it right out. I thought the price was very fair too. You might want to give them a call, and see if you can get the pads from them.

Personally i'd call DHM and talk with Ken in parts, i've never met a more knowledgeable trailer parts guy. Not to mention he'll have them to you so fast you won't believe it. I ordered UFP bearing buddies from him last week for a trailer makeover i'm helping with and he had them to me the next day. Top that one!

              Or call trailers by Dorsey.

Any trailer builder will have shelf parts that will fit your trailer. You may need to take a measurement or two.

I will say this; All the parts I have purchased for trailer be it from TBD, McClain, or other builder have been cheaper by the time it was shipped than if I had gone to the local "screw you" trailer store.
