      Here is Tige's # 1-325-676-8570

These were made for Tige by Wake Designs and Tige has stepped up for all of us original owners that I know of so give them a call and see what they say. Did you buy used from private or Tige dealer? If Tige dealer, they may have better luck with Tige!

We can help you get through this with no problem. These racks are easy to take apart and add a few drops of Loc-Tite to the threads and reassemble. I have pics already of these pulled completely apart.

Did you look at the pics of mine with the added gusset? I posted a link to the thread in an earlier post. I'm very pleased with the function of the racks and no need for the lock down bolt and hole in the up-right.

i bought the boat from a tige deeler on consignment and they had sold the boat new to the guy. i gave them a call today and will hear back tommarrow but they said that they havent had any issues with this before but agreed that it could be dangerous with my little ones in the boat if they did come off. it just isnt worth the chance. i noticed this when i was buying the boat and didnt realize what it would do with boards in the racks going 40 miles an hour and i didnt want to pass up buying a tige over board racks. lol hopefully it will all work out.

and i saw the pics but i didnt realy understand what you meant buy a gusset?
