OK, I finally found the pics I took

    I needed 2 up front

Taped off the area and marked where to cut/drill. I used the rubrail, mid-cleats, tip of bow, and handrail as reference points to get both cleats in the correct place.

Removed the 2 bow speakers to give me access to the center bow cushion back mounting studs. Removed seat back

Make sure you have room to drill and work on the backside

Drill and cut as needed for your cleat. Double check whole saw size first. Bevel edge of hole to help prevent cracking.

    Test fit

Add a bead of 3M 5200, install cleat, tighten, clean excess sealer/adhesive. Reinstall seat back and speakers.

no, but as soon as it stops snowing I'll see about getting some
Reality is only an illusion that occurs due to a lack of alcohol.
