    Changing Fuel Filter - Help!

I got a fuel filter for my 2004 24V, 6.0 Marine Power. But I'm unsure how to change it out. I have two pics posted here. The first one is a pic of what I believe to be the housing for the currogated paper fuel filter. The second is a shot of the bottom of that housing. I already pulled off that center bolt, but inside it didn't seem like there was anything else to remove. How do I get this thing apart (if it's even the fuel filter housing)? Does the bottom half of this cannister twist off like an oil filter? I would try it, but I don't wanna break it!
