I wanted to change my oil and fuel filter, but I can't seem to locate the fuel filter. I have a 2004 24V with a 6.0 Marine Power engine. I thought it was inside a gray cannister on the starboard side of the engine, but when I took the cannister apart, I couldn't see any filter in there. Anyone tried this or know where to look?

The filter is in the high preasure pump cell , the cup spins off the bottom. -
So, if I remember right, isn't there cooling lines that connect to the cover? This cover, I think, had a bolt on the bottom that held on the gray cover. I couldn't get this thing to spin, and I was afraid I'd break it!Comment

If its the large gray and round pump housing with the fuel lines on the upper sides you have to get a strap wrench and wrap it around the lower cup and turn it counter clock wise, they are very tight.Comment
