1999 could have been 1.25" then in around 2000 they went to 1.5".Comment

Measure the circumference of the pipe with a paper tape measure, then divide by 3.14 to get the diameter measurement. I have an '03 Metcraft that measured a tad over 6 1/4" around, which gave me a 2" diameter measurement, and the 2" diameter mirror arm I bought fit perfect.
