    Battery Terminal Size

Does anyone know the terminal size for batteries that Tige is putting in the boats (I'll have an 07 if it matters)? I'm trying to finalize my purchases for the stereo install. The boat will be in next week. Is it 5/16ths?

I think a std marine battery stud is 1/4" but not positive.

Depends on the battery, some are 1/4, 5/16, and 5/8. I have 5/8 and 5/16 on mine.

If it helps, the 07 22ve that we had all lit up at the boat show had Interstates with 1/4" studs. Same as my 06, including the new Trojen I just put in.

Most of them will be 1/4". I think the exide I bought is designed to be different on purpose.
