I like the hose on the DD drive since you can just drop it through the center drain plug hole in front of the engine and let it drain all night in to a pan and there by get all that nasty old oil out.

Yeah... Its a oil drain hose.... I run mine out the center drain hole in the floor and let her drain all nite into a pan on the floor... Takes about 4 hours for it to drain all the oil out...

Holy cow. Why does it take 4 hours for a boat to drain oil?

I change my trucks oil all the time and I have the whole thing down to about 30 minutes now.

oh and Royal Purple oil is the way to go!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm basically I just need to run that hose down my drain plug and then change the filter and fill it back up huh?????????????? DAMN I think I can even handle that! ;-) Thanks guys! That will save me some LOOT!

A tip with oil filters...cover them with a plastic lunch bag when removing them. You will always spill some oil from the filter and the bag should contain most of it.

Another tip, If your oil filter is upsidedown, Punch a hole in the top so the oil will drain out.
