LS7 w/ 3.5 lbs. boost=650+
Boost is relitive to compression. The higher compression the less boost you need/can have.
How would you plan on tuning this engine after the blower/power adder is installed without removing the engine. It HAS to be dialed in on a dyno unless you plan on vaporizing a few if not all your cast pistons.
Your best bet is to pull the engine from the boat, pull about $10k from your credit cards and get after it. With any luck you might get one full day without any component failures. Good luckGreg Denton

Careful M.D., you will be called a liar for stating something as crazy as 3.5lbs of boost is going to equal 150 or more hp. But maybe since you stated the same as I did about compression playing a part in it, their may be some truth to my ramblings.
Then again, I will go back to my hole and just keep quite. Move along people, nothing to see here.
<<<tooclean, one who knows little about lots of things, but more than enough about how to get power out of a small block Chevy engine.
