    TAPs q's?

Yes...lazy question here. I have not examined TAPs system to fully understand how it works, and I have not investigated this issue yet; just looking for any headsup I might can get.

I have not had an issue with TAPs previously, and it worked fine last time I checked it. Today while out on the water, the plate would work fine going to slalom, but going to wakeboard, it was slooooooowwww go if at all. While sitting with the engine off, the pump was easy to hear when pulling the plate down, but trying to pull it up to wakeboard, was inaudible. Relays up front under the dash were clicking on and off just fine. Any ideas or pointers before I begin examining. Maybe it is just low of fluid?? Like I say I didn't check ANY of this.....I was more worried with running the winter out of it

BTW I have a first gen hydraulic system, with an electric pump.

My guess is the fluid level as well.

Had air in one of the lines. Ran it up and down out of the water, and it is working fine again. Had a blast and a smooth ride today.

I just read this and you anwsered it all ready. Any time with the hydrolic stuff check for air in the line when it is slow. I experience this with a demo RZ2 last summer. The fulid for the TAPs should last a long time. On my jet I had a hydrolic diverter and it never needed to be touched and worked flawlessly for 5 years
