      race fan,

pretty sure you still have room, just not as much from the boats I have seen. Just depends on how much stuff you bring with you

I have the tanks and have mixed opinions about them. I don't like the tanks up front because I use a lot of that storage when we are just cruising to the islands on the weekends (grill, extra clothes for 10 people, lots of solo cups and ice ). The rear tanks aren't quite as in the way, but sometimes we take a huge cooler with us that would fit in the back if it weren't for the tanks. I think I will swap out the hard tanks for fat sacs up front for now so that I can also get more ballast further upfront and see about the rears later.

Is the thru hull positioned in the same place as in the Tigé factory installed ballast or is that your own solution?

It makes things a little simpler. No gate valve to wire and take up room. Downside is no filling while you are moving. Not a big deal for me since we can fill while the family waits for me to park the truck or when we get to our location. Hopefully with the tsunamis the fill times will be quick.

Very easy to reach if you remove the bulk head.
