I followed Tige's recomendation for using Fantastic to clean the vinyl on our 2000 2300V and it worked great. Fantastic didn't do much for the vinyl on our 2005 24V. The stains look like they should come off but don't. Must be a differnt vinyl on the newer boats. We also use the 3M cleaner/protectant which didn't do any better than the Fantastic for cleaning, but did leave a nice sheen to the vinyl.

I just took mine to storage 250 miles away. I will be out with the boat next month and I plan on taking some photos of the vinyl.

Not sure, but I am going to contact the maker of the vinyl and talk with them. All 07 Tige's will have the same vinyl. I have some good leads on some cleaners to try.

Hey coach that magic eraser people talking about is that the MR CLEAN thingy? I mean that sponge? cause thats the advice I got from a couple of boaters suppose to work good. Too bad the dealer doesnt give you those nice towable covers to go with the boat eh? LMAO! Besides anything you have to use elbow grease on will prob kill your interior, thats what I think.

They do work very well, but didn't touch the dirt on the vinyl. I went through 5 of them trying to get the stuff out. Thanx

Lee - do you know if Malco Leather & Plastic cleaner would work for pollen stains (which I believe put yellowish color spots on the vinyl)? I have one yellowish spot on my 2006 22Ve, rear cushion. Thanks.

Nope. The only product that will get pollen out is the good ole sunshine and time.

Anyone tried saddlesoap?I used it once and was surprised how much grime came out.I would think it would be gentle on the vinyl.

                          Ok.

I just don't remember any unremovable pollen stains on my previous 1999 2100V limited vinyl (which I bought new and traded for the 2006 22Ve after 7 years). Unreasonably susceptable vinyl these days?

I know everyone is talking about how to get the stains out but what about trying to prevent them. I wonder if it would be ok to have the interior Scotch-Guarded like they do with auto's? I would think that that may prevent many of the problems that are occuring. Any thoughts?

Anybody have any mildew stain removal tips? I got a couple spots on my seats that will not come out. As far as I know the mildew is gone, but the stain is still in the seat.

A solution of 1/10 bleech/water (just a drop on the spot) and then re-apply protectant after.
