2006 24ve beeps when I hit a wave.

Every now and then when
I hit a wave, boat stops and idles and I can go forward or backwards but beeps until i turn it off then on again. Any ideas what is causing this?

Also can’t find rocker switches anywhere on line? Mine are completely faded away.

Sounds like the dreaded limp mode. Start with the potentiometer. If you use the search bar I'm sure you will find a thread or two about it.
