    Outside Air Temp Sensor

    2010 RZ2

It's been 90+ degrees out side lately and my air temp on the touch screen seems fixed at 67. I might have seen it go to the 70's but it's no where near the actual outside air temp. Water temp seems accurate.

Where is this mysterious air temp sensor so I may replace it? I haven't looked at fuses yet, not sure if there is even a fuse associated to the circuit.

    thx guys!

BTW...I'm now in Mississippi, who's close!

It is a very elusive item.

Its on the gauge harness under the dash. Looks like this:

There is not a fuse that I am aware of. You can trace the yellow lead to the viper and validate the ground wire is good.
    Oh Yeah!

What about the water temp? Neither my air or water is accurate at all.

I am not sure, but it should be on the gauge harness under I am not sure, but it should be on the gauge harness under the dash, try to find it. If there is not sense try to google, but also you can ask the specialists for example spartamech.co.uk it would be faster I think. This sensor always shows the different result, a I had that problem too. I think that it happens because of the temperature drop, I don't know other variants, but this is most likely. It always happens when it's hot outside or really cold. BTW, I am in Gulfport too, we can meet in the center if you want!the dash, try to find it.
