Bamer, that is impressive! Glad your dealer got you fixed up. Indmar just dropped the news that they were going to recall the 230A for Skiers Choice boats too(wasnt surprising at all). All Supras have em and some of the Moombas. This summer is starting of great. Thank God it's raining most of Memorial day weekend!

I brought the guys some bbq breakfast tacos when I picked up the boat Friday morning. That seemed to go over well. The disappointing thing was that I had to get the service manager out to the boat to personal feel the battery before they would replace it. They were going to send me on my way with that battery.

Glad they got it taken care of. I certainly hope the guys remember that you are the taco guy from now on and will take care of you in the future. Sucks you had to make them get in the boat to get the batteries taken care of. At least they didnt tell you to pound sand. Hopefully they can get your leak taken care of in a timely manner as well.

Thanks. So do you believe these boats should be 100% leak free ideally?

In reality, what percentage of these boats have non ballast related leaks in your opinion/experience?

Basically. If you start with a totally dry bilge at the end of the day you should only expect to see whatever water came in with people getting in and out of the boat and dripping.

If you have gallons and gallons of water you have an issue somewhere.

I have 2019 RZX3 with the 440 and was getting high voltage warning with about 5 hours on the motor. We kept an eye on it and it never exceeded 14.5. We were out on the water so in the time we headed back towards the ramp, the alternator gave out completely and my voltage dropped by the second. Made it about 300 yards from the ramp before she died at 11PM with nobody in site. My dealer is The Boat Locker in Nashville, TN and I called my sales rep, Baker and he got out of bed, grabbed a boat from the shop and came out and rescued me. Boat went straight to the shop that night and they called the next day and said new alternator needed and obviously was covered by warranty. Not 3 hours later, the recall was announced. Took 2 days for the alternator to come in and it was ready within a few hours of it being delivered to the shop. The guys at The Boat Locker were awesome and they’ve been with me every step of the way. I had a few other faults that were showing up that were caused by the alternator and wacky voltage. I’ve put 4 hours on it since the repair and everything has worked perfectly.
