2015 Z1 heater and bilge do not work when turning on with touch screen

I just bought a used 2015 Z1. When I turn the heater and bilge pump on from the touch screen, neither run. Any ideas? All of the fuses are good under the drivers seat area. Does someone have the wiring diagram for the power outputs where the fuses are. I can test to see if I am getting power there. Where is the actual blower located for the heater?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Jason

Blower will either be under the helm or in the starboard front locker. If under the helm there will be an upper cover above the subwoofer that comes off and you’ll see it behind there. Im not positive about configuration on that boat.

2015 is digital switching through the PDM. There are no fuses for those functions. Do other functions such as the courtesy lights work?

Orange wire is power to the heater on the lower PDM grey plug. You can tee pin it at the PDM under the dash to check for power.

Bilge will be the brown wire at the upper PDM grey plug.
      Oh Yeah!

Just the obvious might be. The bilge doesn't work because there is no water in the hull. and the heater doesn't work because you don't have one? Only reason i say this is a guy ask me why the bilge and shower didn't work on mine.(so not trying to be a smart a$$)

          Thanks, I will check those.

The heater worked with I test drove it so I know it has one. I see a bilge in the bottom of the boat so I know it also has one. Do some boats have 2 bilge pumps (1 that automatically starts and one that starts from the touch screen)?

Yours has a single bilge pump.

This is very true in some cases lol!

A diagram of all the fuses inside a Tige exists..... you can find it inside the Arc of the Covenant. When you find it, please let us all know.

I had the same bilge problem with my 2013 Z1. It turned out that a wire fell out of the harness at the back of the boat. I fixed it and no problem again. Power still comes straight from the battery for auto-bilge. As I recall it isn't switched so even if you turn off power to the boat, that bilge still is powered (just in case). Then from the front of the boat there is the TT button as well as a hard switch under the helm. I think those all have separate wires. Try the hard switch and see if it works. Then you can narrow down the fault a bit better.

Heater is likely a similar problem in wiring.

FWIW, my boat has two bilge pumps but they are wired together. I think Tige accidentally drilled too many holes in my boat so they added an extra bilge pump.

For the record, this connector here was my culprit. Starboard side, above the TAPS2 solenoid. Brown wires.

And here are the pumps. They have two brown wires. One is fused and goes to the battery directly. The other goes up to the helm.

My bilge is auto only.(must have water) and have a button for a shower but I don't have a shower.

Thanks for the pictures. Can you tell me how to access the front ballast bags and pumps? Boat is a 2015 Z1. I put this in another post and no one responded. My right front empty pump is not working. It does not appear that the seats in the bow area come off. Do I access through the area where the seat back swings open in the bow area? There are several heater hoses in there. What about the passenger (left) side?

                        Thanks,
                        Jason

Yes you need to go down the seat back. There are those black baffles (plastic wood) you need to remove. I took all mine out on both sides because they are unnecessary. Once they are out you can see the pumps.

The drivers side is a pain. The passenger side is easy.

You'll also see your heater on the drivers side. I moved mine up to the top to make more room. It will also hamper your repair.

You could also remove your subwoofer and go through that way. However there is a false wall behind there too that you would have to cut through. Most guys cut a whole in it anyways so your sub has more airspace.

Before doing all that work ensure you don't have a fuse issue on that pump.

Yes, I will check that first. Again, thanks for the info.

I snapped a pic today. As you can see I cut out the baffle for my sub.

Don't mind the grass... I store my box anchor down there.
