Blue Screen

hello all!


had an issue today with my tige touch ( ASR 2014 ). It was so wavy today so much boat. Now its blue screen and nothing happen. Tried to turn off and on, turned battery selector at off, verified the breaker. Nothing works.

Is there anything else i can do before dealer ? Its a crazy hot weekend here and dont want to lose it.

The single RCA cable out of the back of the touch screen or the viper (that blue box under the dash) has came unplugged.

Had the rca cable snap off internally in the blue box. Couldn't get the rca cable portion out of the port on the medallion box, so used another rca cable on a different port and has worked ever since.

fixed.

It was the RCA. was still on but just a little bit unplugged.
