So at 30Mph the front end wants to bounce. Back down to 25mph and it stops. . No fill in ballast, front or back, trim tab has been tried in every position. Any suggestions?

To stop porposing your trim tab would want to be all the way down. If you are getting a lot of bouncing then I'd suggest running some bow weight. That would at least help you to control that. I know others have put on a larger Taps plate. Otherwise I don't know if there would be much else you can do. Waves can make this happen. Lots of rear boat weight or ultimately just don't go 30mph. -
