Surging?

My 2005 Switch acts as if there is water in the tank and the RPM's have a hard time reaching peak. I've addressed the maybe water in the gas and ruled this out. With 187 hrs on the engine, could this be a fuel filter issue?

Acts as if its running on 6-7 cylinders.

Get a look at the cap and rotor. When is the last time it had plugs, cap, rotor, plug wires?

Yep, cap has corrosion in it. I used 400 sandpaper for now to rid it until I can secure a new cap.

Anyone have the model number for the cap or a good source to buy from?
