Perfect Pass Pro Series screen?

I have a sunlight damaged Perfect Pass Pro Series that is in need of replacement....speed is not readable when the gauge is in shadows. I think its about 8 or 9 years old. According to my mechanic, the new displays that Perfect Pass sells are incompatible with my master module, so I'd need to buy a whole new system (not really eager to do that, since everything else works fine). Does anyone know of a source where I can get a compatible display screen from, or possibly a broken display that I could take the LCD out from and transplant into my gauge? I have checked ebay and have not seen this particular model, unfortunately.

I've attached a pic of the gauge. obviously I'd like to get one of similar style/color.

I would call perfect pass directly. They have always been great to work with and they seem to answer their phones

I left a message with Perfect Pass, took a few days but they got back to me. It turns out that it was just the contrast...there's a hidden menu where you can adjust the contrast to lower. I wouldn't have guessed this was the problem since the screen was unevenly darker, but sure enough it fixed it.
