Was running perfect up until I went to start it after sitting 10 min. No symptoms before that. Turned over slow with clatter, knocking noise. When it finally started it ran perfect at normal acceleration but had 2 beeps every 60 seconds and when accelerated hard it had solid beep and rpm was limited by computer but still ran perfect when rpm was lowered, even idles perfect with no noises. Battery cables good at all 4 ends. Swapped battery with known good battery with same result. After making it back to boat lift, killed it and exact same problem, engine clattering and very slow to turn over. Also took belt off to eliminate seized pulley. Assuming sensor problem causing timing to be advanced only when starting. Any suggestions.

Main cable was tight at starter, but after accessing area found nut on the top of the 90 amp fuse was slightly loose causing bad connection and voltage drop from corrosion causing computer to not have 12 volts.
