fuel filter on 2008 20i marine power 360 horse

Hello, usually try to do as much work on my boat as possible. Just wondering where the fuel filter is on the marine power 360 horse 2008 20i? How do I change it? Previous 2005 21i just had an inline filter that was easy to replace.
Also just pulled batteries out for long cold winter in Alberta and found what looks like a cylinder in the left back of boat. Has a hose feeding in and out cylinder and connected wires.
Anyone have any ideas what this would be?
    Thanx for advice

It should be a large silver canister on the front of the engine. It is located inside of the G-Force fuel pump.

Thank you. I will use oil filter strap to take bottom of canister off and take the filter out and replace!

If it hasn't been changed in years......have fun! On my PCM fuel canister thingy, I broke a strap wrench then finally relented and put it in a vice then used a large pipe wrench to open. Using my jumbo size channel locks with a breaker bar, it didn't budge but the torque a pipe wrench puts out for whatever reason open it right up.

It helps if you put some anti-seize on it upon reassemble.
