2000 V21 Rider - Shower min flow from HOT

I am continuing the quest to trouble shoot all the issues with the boat and have turned to my shower.

I have good pressure from the cold valve but if I turn cold off and hot full open I get a minimal trickle. Engine is running during the test.

Any thoughts or Ideas. Was going to look at the intake side of valve to see if any blockage but not sure where to go after that.

Try back flushing the hot side of the manifold with a garden hose. Could just be some debris
