So my speedo doesn't read any speed, just stays @ 0. The depth and the temp work fine and it lights up at night. I'm looking at the triducer on the transom and it's an airmar unit that I'm not sure is adjusted right maybe? Looks like there are a couple of screws to slide it up and down. The base of the unit is flush to a little higher mabey than the bottom of the boat. Does this need to drop a little to get water through the channel leading to the spinner? I get that the water displacement is forcing the water up, but at speed maybe it's not far enough down? Attaching a few pics for reference... One of speedo and a couple of triducer... Sorry they're sideways, couldn't get em to straighten up

i think that would be down further i dont think it will catch much water at speed and might also want to check those two holes in the hull you can see and make sure they dont go all the way through if they do might want to plug them home how but i would start with moving that down i know on my boat they sit further in the water but i also have a different kind of speedo on my old klunker haha

Well I did take it off and slide it down so we'll see what happens. Those holes dont go all the way through. The only holes in the transom are where the screws are... I pulled this thing off completely to check.. You put the screws in the holes then the bracket slides up and down on the screws, then you tighten them. Anyways, I slid it all the way down, so it hangs just a bit under the boat.. Hopefully this does something
