heater core is not working and im getting a leak at the core underneath the steering wheel. looking to just disconnect the hoses at the block and plug them with a bolt. any ideas on what size bolts it would take to plug them holes with?

It will be fine. The prior owner of my boat had bypassed the heater by connecting both hoses to a metal fitting. I just got a new heater core & hooked it up for the new season. Either way, the water just circulates in one hose & out the other.Comment
