packing rope / pps seal
Where do you get the packing rope (plastic nuts - assuming 1/4")? Nearest dealer 4+ hrs. Also anyone know good source for PPS seal. Don't like the idea of the constant dripping.

I have a 1999 2200v that came with the packing seal gland. When the seal gave out I called Andrew at Tige and he arranged to ship the new PSS seal to a local non-Tige dealer that does my service. I have had the seal for about 3 seasons now and it is great. I have a dry bottom boat now. I recommend getting one and not replacing the packing rope.
