I am new to Tige and was curious what people found worked the best to preserve the Vinyl interior from sun damage, cracking and fading?

I have been using Boat Bling on my previous boat and found them to work pretty well.

I use Malco Leather/vinyl cleaner and 303 aerospace protectant.

Dollar tree has Totally Awesome which is like Malco for super cheap. 303 can be found at CDN Tire or Lordco.

Boat bling or Babe's for regular/daily wipe down. Totally Awesome and soft bristle brush for deep cleaning/stains. Quickly followed up with 303 Protectant to condition the vinyl.

I have been using Boat blings entire line and have been quite happy with it. I had a couple small vinyl cracks near the seams after 500 hours and 3 summer but I think that is normal....

Also have heard and experienced lots of good results with Performance Boat Candy products. Might still be running their sale?

Malco leather/vinyl cleaner is hardcore, works great for deep cleans. I use it followed by 303. I probably need to find a better wipe down in between product that doesn't strip protectant, but cleans the surface.

I have never used the malco, When the vinyl gets really dirty I use a bristle brush with spray nine and a magic eraser if that doesn't work... Magic erasers work for everything!!!

Greeko. DO NOT USE MAGIC ERASER!!! It's way to abrasive and will ultimately wreck your vinyl.

Malco is awesome but you can only order out of the US. I ordered two big jugs of it so I'd have it for a long time. Apparently Totally Awesome is very close in its cleaning abilities. I to use a rubber bristled brush to get out the dirt with the Malco. It's amazing how much it gets out.

I have used the magic eraser for years and never had any issues but this is a new boat and i will be using a toothbrush

Malco. Use it once \ twice a season max. Hard on your vinyl. Use it for hard to use stains. 90% of your cleaning can be done with clean water and occasionally use soap and water.

bottom line, your vinyl's life span is what it is based on care and use. The cycle of sun, water, drying will take its toll no matter what, 303 can condition it and give some UV life span back into it to help prolong its life. The sun is the number 1 enemy. 2. all the abuse it takes from people walking or stepping on it. 3. Water and the cycles wet and dry. All our new boat projects are done now with PTFE thread that will last longer then the vinyl. Nautique is using the same thread now as well.

For my cleaning up til now I had been using the Boat bling Vinyl Sauce, its part cleaner part conditioner. Twice a month I would run the heavy moisturizer Condition Sauce. I found it to work pretty well but after 500 hours and 3 seasons I could feel some of the vinyl getting hard.

Have you worked with this product before? I emailed you for a quote for a buddies boat btw.
