Tightening E Series Tower

Need your help! My E series tower loosens up where it mounts to the deck of the boat in a time frame that seems to me to be too frequent - every ~ 50 hours.

Two Questions:
1) What tools (and sizes) do I need to take with me to my boat shed to tighten up the tower?
2) Is there anything that I can do to help prevent it from loosening up?

Ive got a 22V in the shop right now. If i remember to check, I will let you know.

3/4" deepwell socket on my E series tower. Assuming yours is the same. I would take several deep sockets in case. Should have a nylock nut on them that shouldn't loosen but can also put some red or blue thread lock tight on them to help reduce loosening.
