    RZ2 unable to start

I have a 2007 RZ2 and have had great luck with this boat. This weekend that ran out. This was the first trip in which the boat never got in the water. I got the boat prepped and when I when to turn the key I noticed it was not responding the way it normally does. Normally I will get a beep and then the gauges all reset and the Tige splash screen comes up. This time there was no beep and when the splash screen came up it was batt volt 0.0. I figured the batter is dead and charged up the battery overnight. The next day same thing with bat volt 0.0. Everything that is hooked up to my starting battery worked (ballast, blower, lights, etc...) My stereo batteries and stereo worked. I started checking the battery connections (good), the ground (good), every fuse in the boat (all good), tested with a volt meter which was good every where but the fuse panel near the key ignition only one of the 3 was getting power. At this point I don't have time or money to take it in to get fixed, but wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem and might have an idea. I am thinking the key ignition switch is bad, but didn't try to hotwire it. I did test the kill switch and throttle as well. I even tried a direct jump to the starter and ground to by pass the battery and nothing. Any ideas I'm all ears.

Double check sure the throttle is in neutral and don't ask me how I know

Just cause a battery has 12volts don't mean it has and and cranks AMPS.. Pull your starting battery and have it checked or test boat with a none good battery. Have had alot of batteries with volts and no amps

        Coach,

IIRC, your model has a main breaker box under the helm with 2 main on/off switches, each with a row of breakers. I would check those white switches and then bull the box down (4 screws) and check for battery voltage to and out of both of those switches. Next, I would check for battery voltage to the key switch and then see if voltage is present on the IGN terminal when the key is in the ON position and then on the CNK terminal when in the crank position.

Also dont over look the kill switch, but I think the engine will still crank, just not run.
