Tige Tough Screen - Locking up

Hello,

New Tige Owner.

The Tige Tough screen on my incredible 2013 Z3 with 10 hours has been locking up from day one. I updated the software/firmware provided by Tige and it worked well for a while, but it started locking up again. The only way to unlock it is to shut down and restart the boat. All the soft buttons work and the screen displays accurate speed, RPM etc, but nothing else works.

I've reached out to Tige and I'm sure I will hear back soon, but wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem and or know if a fix exists.

Warranty for sure if its a 2013. I'd get it to the dealer and let them figure it out. if you've updated the software, now your looking at needing parts. You have a warranty might as well use it!!

My 2012 had to be updated also. Let me know how it works out.

Heard back from my dealer. Looks like a new touch screen is on the way. Hope it does the trick. I'll update in a few weeks.
