Tige Touch won't drain one of the ballasts?

Like the title says. When using Tige Touch to drain front right ballast the screen switches to drain but the pump doesn't actuate? 2013 RZR. If I pull the panel under helm and flip the switch to manually drain ballast the pump comes on and drains the bag just fine.

All other ballast bags (3) drain just fine from Tige Touch, only the front right won't drain.

Any ideas or suggestions on things to try? Is there a separate fuse to look for?

Look for the fuse in the TT panel, there are two rows of fuses, one is for the touch screen and other other row is for when you want/need to use the manual switches. The fuse might just need to be moved. Let us know what it looks in the fuse panel.

Thanks for the quick response mnpracing! What do you mean the fuse might need to be moved?

its setup so that if the TT screen isn't working you can use the manual switches, but you would need to install, or move, a fuse from the right side of the panel to the left (or vice versa, don't remember) in order for the manual switches to work. The only thing I can think of is that someone/dealer enabled the manual switch for some reason by moving the fuse over to the other side of the panel.

Take a look at the fuse panel and let us know if all the fuses are on the same side, or if one (or some) are on the other side.

I disagree you should not have to move the fuse from one side of the medallion box to the other for the emergency toggle switches to work I have used those switches just to demonstrate to somebody how it works and simply hit the switch never moved the fuse over and the ballast drained, nav light turned on, blower turned, etc.

ah, ok, so then my guess would be blown fuse on the drain pump.

This too was my first thought however if the fuse is blown for the pump itself then the manual switch in theory should not work either unless toggle switch is wired on a separate line is there a breaker on the "emergency box" for the switches if this were the case it makes sense that it would still work.

I think the manual switch is on a separate circuit.

mnpracing you are correct. There is a seperate fuse for just about every switch and control the Tige Touch can do. The 5amp fuse for the "Strbd Ballast Drain" as it was labeled was blown. Replaced with 5amp fuse fired up TT, went to ballast settings and hit drain for front right drain and you could hear the pump switch on.

All set, thanks for the tips!!!

Was there a fuse installed for the manual switch?
