My Taps automatically goes all the way up every time I turn off the key. Just curious if that is normal? Seems like it would make more sense to default to full down to help with getting on plane.

Yes, thats how its wired. Its defaulting to wake-board mode. Mine stays in whatever position it was last in unless I have a profile activated. Then it will go down to 1 while in neutral to help get on plane when taking off prior to going back to whatever it is set for in the profile.Comment

Yeah I figured the newer boats had a little bit smarter system than just full retract every time. Good to know mine is working as it should but I may have to do some experimenting to see how to get it to stay in the same place. Thanks.Comment
