    Couple of questions about a 2007 22ve

    Okay so naturally, if I buy something new, I have to tweak it. We got the boat earlier this year and let me say the bimini top is good, but I really would like to have something that is easier to put up. Any suggestions?

    Second question, so the boat did not come with any tower speakers and though the factory stereo sounds great, we are thinking about putting something up there to entertain our riders. How do you run the speaker wires up the tower?

    I'm a big do-it-yourselfer so any help would be great!

    If your 07 22V has the factory "E" series tower, its a breeze to fish with all wires concealed. if you do a search, you will find a hand full of threads with pics that have been done by myself, Hyphen79 and others.

      Sweet, thanks for the input. Where is the best place to put an amp? I was thinking on the port side, upside down under the glove box?

          The port side storage locker walk-through wall has a glassed-in composite board just for mounting amps. Let me see if I can dig up some photos

              Kinda a tight shot, but its an 06 Ve with factory gear. Pic is taken from the main cabin side of the port locker. If you feel the carpet, you will find the glassed-in board.

                Welcome to the site and congrats on the boat. the factory bimini is a beatch to install, we've seen a few custom done that look good but can't find quickly. Chpthril is the resident expert on audio and ballast and lots of other helpful items. the pic above is below the glove box. good luck.
