Need Help...lost Horn, Bilge pump, everything

I recently removed both batteries to install a new platform bracket that broke a couple weeks earlier. Like before I always take a pic of the battery cables so I can make sure they get reinstalled correctly.
Everything looks correct however I have NO power to the bilge, nav lights or Horn!! These basic items should be hardwired to power all the time but the whole box is dead! the boat runs and the stereo works but NOTHING else works! No taps, no ballast pumps, no bilge pump, no horn, and no lights!!
the 60 or 40 amp breaker (white switch) isn't thrown and I can see no blown fuses under the drivers dash board.
I don't understand why I don't even have basic power to these "emergency" items!
it's almost like I’m missing an inline fuse.
I did play around with the "waterproof" ignition push button breaker behind the batts but I still don't have any accessories!!
    Any ideas would be appreciated

That manual-reset breaker on the transom behind the batteries is the one I think that feeds the helm BUSS. Go get a $5 12V test light and back-track from the helm BUSS to the that breaker and to the batteries. Sounds like a cable got left off, which is SOOOO easy to do on those boats. There are so many cables in such a tight spot. And dont overlook the possibility of to being a ground cable thats off as well, but it does sound more like the BUSS B+ is missing.

Problem solved! I'm ashamed to say this but on closer inspection of that "thermal" 80amp breaker I guess I failed to reset it correctly. It has a red button used to trip the breker and in order to reset it you have to flip the lever closed.
Sucks that I had to boat around all Sat without use of ballast, horn, bilge etc due to my error.
